The Ministry of Information and Communications is soliciting opinions on the Draft Amendment to Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT.
The Ministry seeks feedback from various entities, including agencies, organizations, businesses, and individuals, regarding the proposed changes to Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT, issued on May 31, 2023. This circular regulates the list of products and goods with the potential to affect safety, falling under the management responsibility of the Ministry of Information and Communications (List of Products and Goods with Potential Safety Hazards – Group 2), which has been effective since July 15, 2023.
The proposed amendments to Circular No. 04/2023/TT-BTTTT are as follows:

Additional provisions:

– For QCVN 128:2021/BTTTT: Excluding the 5G base station performance requirements at section 2.4; excluding technical requirements under harsh/limiting conditions.
– For QCVN 63:2020/BTTTT for video receivers: Use chassis/platform measurement results for conformity declaration for video receivers utilizing the mentioned chassis/platform. The effective date of the Circular is expected to be April 1, 2024. Circular No. 10/2023/TT-BTTTT expires from this point forward.
